Upcoming Workshops:
Tours of Yelm Project site. $15 per tour
Mathilda will be conducting 90 min tours that will include:
1. Details of the features created on the site - Huegelbeds, Herbhill, Mushrooms, Stone root cellar etc.
2. Plant identification, so you don't accidentally weed out those precious starts
3. Free sampler of the 'Special' Austrian Heirloom seeds.
Tours to start at 5:00 pm until 6:30 pm
Please meet at the old Cougar Mtn Store Carpark at 4.45pm.
Tours are scheduled for:
August 8th
August 15th - this will include a SEED Harvest Party/Potluck and seeds will be available. Tour to start at ususal time and potluck to go from there.
Directions to Cougar Mountain Store:
From Yelm:
Right on Bald Hill Rd; Straight over at 1st four way stop; Right at second 4-way stop; Continue to Cougar Mountain Trail on Right - old store with parking area is on the corner.
From Rainier:
Take 148th Ave to Vail; Turn right; Turn left onto 153rd Ave; At the end of road, turn Right onto Lawrence Lake rd; Continue to Cougar Mountain Store on right. Store is on corner of Lawrence Lake rd and Cougar Mtn Trail. Look for the large sign for the Cougar Mtn BIBLE CAMP with the arrow.
